Leticia Goodrich

Leticia Goodrich founded the Amarillo Area Breast Health Coalition (AABHC) in 1994. She has worked to develop educational outreach programs, coordinate volunteer activities, and direct the activities of the organization as it seeks to integrate breast health services in the Panhandle region. During her tenure, the AABHC has become a vital link in providing breast health educational outreach, support, and access to health services for women. Leticia is a volunteer Executive Director who has contributed her time and talents to direct the activities of the AABHC since its inception.

Leticia's background in the geriatric care industry gives her a strong voice in the business of addressing the health care of others. She founded and administered Goodcare Services, a Licensed Home Health Agency, that became and remains the oldest and largest private care agency in the area. Leticia sold the business in 2000; however, she continues her work as a professional geriatric care manager in private practice. She is an active member of the Amarillo Women’s Network, Texas Panhandle Advocates for Cancer Control, Senior Ambassador’s Coalition, and the National Association of Professional Geriatric Care Managers.

Raised in Amarillo, she and husband, Robert are richly blessed as parents of five adult children and fourteen grandchildren. For fun, Leticia gardens and participates in the activities of the Potter Extension Education Association’s Prairie Flowers Club.
